Blocked FDD

Hello

 

today i got problem the Telecom Company Blocked the FDD in router bands [ 1800 - 700  also the Merge frequencies ]

the router run with TDD just 

 

What's the solution ?

    There is no communication sent to us why it is being block. Kindly call STC and ask why the device is being blocked.
