boot loop

Hi second time I buy a MR1100-100 and same problem...

This one is bought new the 21 sept 2023 from Amazon.

Tried lot of different reset, without success  

What I can only do is,

A) start without battery, than blinking orange light and Netgear name, doing 3 or 4 times then shutdown.

B) No battery, long time press power then going on "downloading software update" for hours....
