Most likely, the device was blocked by T-Mobile when you use the T-Mobile SIM.
Can you try the SIM card work on your phone?

I agree. Had the same issue with an ATT sim, so it's definitely a Netgear issue. I have JohnPeng responding to my messages, so hopefully it will get resolved soon.
