Cable for a VMB000

All I need is a simple AC to DC converter cable for a VMB 8000.  I submit the following case numbers but have never received the cable. I have four cameras out of commission until I receive this cable.   March 9 Arlo Case# 41508622, March 9 Arlo Case# 41508668, March 31 Arlo Case# 41562023. I was told this cable would be sent to me free of charge. If I have to pay for it plase advise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
