Cannot access setup page on MR1100

May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label

What happen if you will access the Web UI? Is it asking for the username and password? Is it a blank page?

Can you access any website?

The MR1100 will not connect at all. Not through the cable to pc or wifi. It doesn't do anything when powered up.
