Cannot access setup page on MR1100

MR1100 does not allow me to go to attwifimanager or the 192.168.1.1 page. It does not have wifi either so I can connect through the phone app.  I have done several factory resets using the button ne...

The MR1100 will not connect at all. Not through the cable to pc or wifi. It doesn't do anything when powered up.
