Cannot update MR6500 to latest firmware.

I just bought this new hotspot. It is the AT&T MR6500 M6 Pro that I bought from Bestbuy. I have issues with the ping time and jitter for some reason is messed up. This didn't happen before on my MR510...

For AT&T MR6500, the FW upgrade is controlled by AT&T. It may push out the upgrade gradually.

 

The latest release version should be 10.01.47.00.

So there is no way to force the update?

    The release is hosted on AT&T FOTA server. You can do a manual upgrade check on the device. If it can't find the update, you have to wait.
