Canon wireless printer ts3100 will not connect to the nighthawk mobile hotspot

I got this nighthawk mobile hotspot from AT&T hooked up in my home and it works on all my stuff but I cannot get it to connect to my Canon TS3100 printer wirelessly. I have went to Canon and ask the same question. I have Windows 10 on my computer if that helps.
