Can't access my account to clear unread messages-all the troubleshooting been done !

My Netgear Nighthawk M1 is becoming a pain to use. I've never known such problems with accessing an app to remove unread messages from a Netgear Nighthawk M1 device. Is it me? Netgear offers minimal assistance and much of it is the run-of-the-mill scripted info that is more times contradictory, as if you are caught in a loop and can't get out.

I've been emailing Netgear for over a week with no resolution. While they respond swiftly, the little offerings of troubleshooting advice from ( factory setting, changing and clearing cache ) tell me what a crap product Netgear is. If your apps don't work and your apps say that my device is not supported, my prospects of clearing the unread messages are remote.
