Can't change MR1100 IP address
the MR1100 defaults to an IP address of 192.168.1.1 I need to change it to a different IP because this conflicts with another device in my network. The user guide explains how to change the IP addresses assigned to network devices but not the actual IP address of the hotspot itself. I'd like to change it to something like 192.168.10.1

What is this other device? 192.168.1.1 is usually something reserved for routers.
Two routers on a network are usually a bad idea and can cause grief.
What symptoms do you see because of this clash?
Rather than changing the MR1100, why not figure out why you have that conflict. If you already have something on 192.168.1.1 you may be getting into "double NAT" territory.
