cant connect to LB2120 through 192.168.5.1 (i get timeout error on my laptop)

Just recieved LB2120 LTE modem. Can't connect from my laptop to login/configure modem..as per instruction sheet supplied in box. I used the supplied connection cable..installed known working data sim from t-mobile. Amber light is on, as is the LAN light. tried the reset button, 3 different browsers. Anyone have any suggestions..?..Thanks
