Can't Open NAT type for Cold War, Call of Duty

Hi All,

I have a Nighthawk M5 MR5200 5g Telstra modem,

I am having NAT issues with port forwarding and can't open ports, i've open ports on my firewall and on the modem and can't seem to have it to open, ive tried evereyting and stuck in moderate and struggle to find maps,
