Can't Update firmware of my Netgear MR1100

Hi got a chat with the support team of TELSTRA and they confirm than it is a netgear server who push the OTA update for TELSTRA version of firmware so please netgear team, reactive the newest firmware you have for telstra user.
Wath is the number and other information like PRI bootloader of the newest firmaware telstra version. Could you put it online.
I know there is a soon new version by up the end of april but.... there to long time i need OTA update so please for considere a little bit more your client and put online OTA.
I know you work well and thanks for this but you client need OTA access right now!!! apolygie

The latest PRI version is 03.21, the latest firmware is NTG9X50C_10.25.01.00 on the Telstra network.
Its not a matter of reactivating,I believe OTA is still active and running,but something is causing a bug that needs to be fixed in the system somewhere and except for that bug the system should be delivering the updates. From what I have read it is just a matter of being patient right now until the latest firmware is released, it would be dreadful to release something before it is ready and cause more problems.Also consider the fact that both Netgear and Telstra need to co-ordinate the delivery, does make it impossible for Netgear to make a unilateral decison about releasing anything early.
I never ask to get right now the future version before it is tested an stable but only ask to get the newest actuel version NTG9X50C_10.25.01.00

When I click on update does nothing no checking no error.
