CC tells me my MR1100 can no longer be supported in 2022
It seems CC's database has determined my device IMEI (015240000217062) indicates a 3G device or a 4G device the networks will no longer support starting in 2022. Is this true?

CC? Comcast? If so, why don't you call them up and ask? We're not experts on what ISPs support and discontinue

Thanks for commenting, however, my question of course was based on talking to several ISP support people; I received various reason why the MR1100 would not be supported in 2022 when the networks drop support for 3G devices. One said their data base indicated it was a 3G device, one agreed it was a 4G device but would not be supported in 2022 because it did not support Voice over LTE and the networks were dropping all 4G devices without this capability, and one found a list showing the device would be supported. In addition I have found AT&T will be the first to make these changes starting as soon as 1/15/2022 and on their WEB site they have a detailed list of all devices they will support in 2022; the MR1100 is listed there as a 2022 supported device. Not being an expert in this area perhaps you can see why I was confused and ask the question here as well.

The MR1100 does support 4G/LTE and 3G. See here: https://www.netgear.com/images/datasheet/mobile/MR1100_100NAS.pdf
Voice over LTE is not supported by the MR1100 mobile router.
