    NETGEAR has several different SKUs of the Nighthawk M5 Mobile Router products and each product has a specific set of bands that is supports based on the region that it is purchased in. It has specific firmware which are optimized for their respective ISP. You cannot upgrade a M5 NA SKU with M5 EU firmware.

    Hi blanca , for your information , i got a new Netgear m5 ( mr5200-100NAS ) with FW web for EUS .
    all things fine and no need to change .
