Change the name of the network and the password for the network go back to factory settings?
After resetting my Aircard 785 to factory settings, the name of the network has changed on the Aircard hotspot display, for example to ntgrxyz100.
The password for the network
(I don't mean the password for logging in accessing the hotspot management via the website)
now also has a very unusual name which ich would like to change.
My question:
How can I change the name of the network as shown on the display and the password for the network?
You can change your Wi-Fi network name and password by typing 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 in your browser to open the router settings. Log in using the default username and password (usually printed on the router). Then go to the wireless settings, where you can change the network name (SSID) and set a new password. Save the changes and restart the router if needed. For more simple tech tips, just search Finest News on Google. It has useful guides like this.
