Changing IP address on Nighthawk M1 Router

I would like to change the range of IP addresses that this router assigns. Currently, when connecting I recive an ip address in the 192.168.x.x via DHCP I would like to change it to an adress out of ...

Whenever I change those settings I get an error saying that I need to use an adress in the DHCP range.  Is there a way to fix this?

192.168.x.1
Just change the x value to another number for example make it 2 or 10 and make sure its the same in getaway ip , starting ip and ending ip .
