Changing the carrier on an MR5200
Hi,I just purchased an MR5200 mobile router and I cant get it to change carrier networks from AT&T to T-Mobile. Any help would be appreciated
Please advise what T-Mo plan you are using. Recently, we found out that some T-Mo promotion plans will not work with M5 since these plans usually tied to certain devices. Please contact T-Mo to change your plan. If you get the T-Mo SIM for their BYOD mobile hotspot plan, it will work with M5.
