Changing the IP address for connection to the Router

The IP address connected from WN3000RP Extender to my router is 198.168.1.41. How can I change this address to 198.168.1.180

You set it in your router. Your router is what hands out the IP addresses (simplified).
So it assigns the number and to change it, it'd be through the router settings
