Charging

Woke up this morning router was unplugged and then plug it into charge it and nothing it’s been about two hours

    Kindly check device temperature and battery temperature. Is it high?
    Please remove the battery, wait for a minute or so then insert the battery. 

    May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-xxxxx)?
