Compatible modem and router with AT&T service

I am looking for a good modem and router that would support our current AT&T internet service, more importantly, it would come with software/APP which have parental control functions (like block certain website, and turn off wifi at night etc).

    ATT is horrible for allowing 3rd party equipment.

    Usually you have to use one of their modem/router combo devices or buy one that's made by them but sold 3rd party. 

    and usually their pass through/modem only mode is terrible and not functional. 

     

    I wish I had better news for you.
