configure MR5200 to allow inbound connections or port forwarding ?

I have assign a static ip to my pc/ubuntu. My PC is connected to NG MR5200 through USB/tether,

Then I have configured port forwarding to allow inbound connection but did not work . What can I do to allow inbound connection #MR5200
