Connecting a hard drive to a Nighhawk M6 MR6450

Is this possible to connect a USB drive, so it's accessible via network (as it was with previous models, as e.g. MR2100) ?

I've browsed the manual and I do not see any hint, on that being possible

Thanks JohnPeng for confirmation. That's an unfortunate downgrade for this series.

Is there any reliable recipe, to add some USB drive into the network? Ideally if it's power independent. I'm thinking of some battery powered USB drive enclosure that could also be connected via Ethernet (or/and WiFi) and would setup an SMB share (?) Any success stories on that?

Raspberry pi 4  running Openmediavault  connected to the modem either through Ethernet or Wifi and you can plug any drive or usb thumb drive into the pi and the OMV samba share will take care the rest of sharing.
