Connecting a mesh system to a Nighthawk M6 modem

I have a Nighthawk M6110 mobile modem for use at home as we have no cable service. My Linksys wifi mesh system won't talk to the Nighthawk which I need to extend the wifi signal throughout the house.

    Try putting the M6 in passthrough mode. Then it'll act like a modem only device for the linksys

      I have eventually sorted the problem with Linksys.

      The Nighthawk mobile modem settings have to be changed to allow the 'ethernet' function. The default settings are for cellular network only. That took a long time to sort out. And Netgear should make that clear in the installation instructions when it is sold as a household modem. Regards. Barrie
