Connecting Nighthawk MR1100 to N600 router

Hi,

I have a need to use the Nighthawk to connect to My N600 so that I can use multiple ethernet cables for my various devices and presumably, increase the WIFI range in the house. Any help in modifying the MR1100's settings to accomplish this will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Frank

      Hi Blanca,

Thanks for replying. I tried a lot of different steps and the one list of steps that finally worked was this one:

      1. Log into MR1100 admin
      2. Settings/set up mobile router
      3. Set IP Passthrough to "disable"
      4. Set DHCP to OFF or disable
      5. Set Ethernet standby to Disable

      6. Reboot all units

It has been working fantastic for 2-3 weeks now and I'm getting crazy speeds (new high water mark this morning was 62 mbs on my Ipad.

Again, I appreciate the reply and effort to help. Not sure how to close this ticket out tho.

      Best regards,

      Frank
