Constant packet burst potentially caused by nighthawk m1

Recently bought the Nighthawk m1 but it seems to be causing constant packet bursts in modern warfare making the game near unplayable for my younger brother. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing has helped so I've had to revert to my old 4G router. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if anyone knows a fix

    Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS). This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label. 

     

    Kindly run speedtest while playing and not playing the game. Please check the signal strength and network type (for example, LTE 4G is generally faster than 3G).
