Continuous connectivity, Netgear Wi-Fi Hotspot

I intend to install a solar array in a remote location which currently offers two ATT bars.  I have not yet checked the Netgear Hotspot I have for work to test connectivity; I'll do that.  The Solar Array requires continuous connectivity to send/receive data to the solar array's management system.

Does this Netgear hotspot or a newer version of the hotspot provide continuous connectivity one plugged into power?  I'm concerned the hotspot might go to sleep or shut off if there is a period of no use.  Of course, I don't want that.  I'm fine rebooting it weekly, if needed, but I don't want it to disconnect and not allow the data packets to transmit uninterupted.
