Customer Service - Warranty Returns

My MR1100-100 died on me on Sunday after just 7 months of (good, in fairness) service.  I am tech savvy and know that if something won't even turn on it is DEAD.  It's taken me three goes to get someone in tech service to understand this.

 

Finally, today, I spoke to an understanding individual (case number 43710358) who transferred me to UK returns to arrange a warranty replacement.  I have now been on hold, listening to music, for over 90 minutes.  I have to hang up now, because I have a life.  Can someone please contact me on my email address to progress this?

  • So this is the community forum where members of the public try to help others out. Its not netgear support. 

    You'd have to call them back.
