Customer Service MR1100
after a month of dealing with netgears customer support and getting the run around i ended with a 56 minute holding session on one call to be told i had to contact AT&T for my warranty replacement even though the first tech i spoke with said they would replace my device for me then never got back in contact..
after this whole ordeal is over i and my family will be swearing off of netgear for good. this is outrageous and unjust for a product of these higher end pricepoints to have such a lack in customer service.
if anyone higher up than these customer service reps would like to speak with me feel free to contact me as i have a few words i would love to say.
