Hi Abhayadevs,
If your set up is working for you then I wouldn't reset it. If you decide to update your firmware and have any issues. Please do a factory reset.

I do the factory resetting and bingo it worked out and now I am able to access the mentioned URLs.
Thanks a lot for the support.
So lesson learned is to do the factory resetting after every firmware upgrade.

I'm glad it fixed your problem! Yes, it is always good to do a factory reset after a firmware update so it can flush out the old configurations/bugs.
