D6220 advanced setup issues

Hi everyone my new router I have is saying it is connected to the internet but it not when I go on line help please

    Hi Tarahjones,

    Is your D6220 up-to-date with the most current firmware? If so, have you done a factory reset on it? How is your devices set up?
