D6220 configuration issue

Hi I have a d6220 and I'm trying to configure it but when I type in the username and password it sends me to a page which asks me some password recovery questions after I type in the serial number and seeing as this is a brand new Netgear product I don't know what to do?

    Hi Mohib786, 

     

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community! 

     

    I suggest to factory reset the router. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the router until the power led starts blinking orange. You should notice a click by pressing the reset button.
