Data connection interrupted on a Nighthawk M5

 

 

Hi,

I've bought a Nighthawk M5 5G (MR5200) and I've suscribed to a orange unlimited 5G plan with a dual sim.

When I use my sim card in the hotspot M5 that doesn't work. I have a message saying data connection interrupted. I've correctly setup the apn I think. I've unactivated the pin code authentification as it was suggested in another thread.

 

I've attached few screenshots below. I hope someone can help me. I struggle with Orange hotline and they are really awfully useless in solving anything.

    Please select Auto instead of LTE and 5GNR to make sure you can get on LTE connection first.

     

    You can provide a model.json after connecting to LTE. You can send me a private message with the model.json file.

     

    - Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
    - Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
    - Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back
