Hello,
There are no issues with data usage that Netgear are aware of.
Can you try rebooting the device to see if it comes back or do a factory reset on the unit.
Has there been any recent changes to your data plan?
Please also make sure the firmware is upto date by tapping Settings>Software>Check fo updates

Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-1TLAUS).
Kindly get in touch with Telstra and have them double check to ensure that device reached the billing server.Regards,

Hi Bianca,
I have been in touch with Telstra and they just refuse to help. They say it is a Netgear issue and is nothing to do with them.
I will try again to give them this number MR2100-1TLAUS_04.02.181.00 but they just keep telling me to contact Netgear.
