Data Usage
I have a Nighthawk MR1100 - great bit of kit - which I use while travelling around Europe. However. I’ve noticed that the Data Usage numbers seem to be way out of kilter with that provided by the network provider. Recently, I used a 100Gb allowance (and I’ve every reason to believe that was correct) but the router only registered 13.55Gb! Am I missing something?

Are you using a vpn or anything like that? It shouldn't matter but maybe its causing interference with how it collects data usage. I'd trust what your ISP is telling you and not the router.

Ah, interesting … yes, I do use VPN. Not sure I understand why that makes a difference but it might explain it on a technicality that’s beyond my understanding! Anyway, thanks for the reply, much appreciated.
VPN's encrypt data between 2 points. Its still passing data but it could be confusing whatever netgear is using to track the data usage.
