DC112A firmware update fails

I tried to update firmware on my Dc112A. It says there is a new update available. When I select to update it gets to the stage where it is updating language file and fails. I have tried resetting mod...

    Does not work, wow it will not find the firmware at all.

      Hi BINAU

       

      Checking on the screenshot, you already have the updated / correct firmware 1.0.0.42_1.0.60. The previous firmware was V1.0.0.34.

        Thanks, however if you read through the thread you will see that the firmware that was announced to us and that we all had issue with was version: 1.0.0.44_1.0.60

        I have 1.0.0.42_1.0.60

         

        And also, my router still says that there is a new firmware.

      Engineering team provided the list of latest FW for DC112A: 
       
      DC112A-1TLAUS Latest FW is 1.0.0.42
      DC112A-100EUS, DC112A-100NAS is 1.0.0.44
      DC112A-1RDMES and DC112A-2RDMES for Oreedoo Latest FW is 1.0.0.42
      DC112A-1Z1MES for Zain Latest FW is 1.0.0.42 

       

      Kindly check again if you already have the latest firmware.

        Blanca_O  Thank you, however this does not address the issue that out routers are reporting firmware updates that are not valid for our models in that case. Clearly there is still a very obvious issue here.

      Hi, All, 

       

      I have raised this issue several times to our engineering team. There are only few users who managed to get the firmware updated but majority are still having issue. And this is being investigated. We are now considering of posting the firmware on our support site. You may also send me a private message with the device SKU (DC112A-xxx) and I'll check with them if I can provide the firmware.
