May I please have the device SKU? It can be checked on their end by checking the box of the product, on the barcode label, which should indicate DC112A-xxxxxx.

I also tried to make the update through the Netgear Genie Windows app, but with the same result.

Blanca_O any update on this? This issue has been reported over 30 days ago and most of us are still yet to see some solution. Thats 30+ days were running without the latest security fixes. As a seasoned software developer, I can assure you it does not take anywhere nears that amount of time to plug a install bug or patch the firmware.
