I am very disappointed with Netgear's extremely poor handling of this matter.
Do you know what is wrong or not?
The fact that it will take over a month for your technicians to find a solution is not realistic and there is no real dialogue.
You have developed and sold the Smart Cradle, but you forgot the support somewhere along the way.

It is now six days since the Netgear Moderator latest post...
We get no answers, so the question is whether Netgear wants the hardware in return?The timeline with all the misleading answers from Netgear can only mean one thing - that it's hardware failure.
If there were only problems with the firmware, it would have been fixed a long time ago!
