DC112A internet LED is always off, why?

I have an Netgear DC112A cradle and an aircard 810S. The 810s is working fine as  standalone for internet access but when I plug it into the cradle the indicator light on the cradle for internet conn...

Please try to upgrade both FW on the cradle and AC815S to the last. The combination should work.

I have the same problem. I've already upgraded both FW on the cradle and AC815S but still the same problem what is the problem. How can I configure the cardle and AC815S? Many thanks for your help
