DC112A w/AC800s no longer recognising

Hi,

 

Hoping someone will be able to help me.

I have a DC112A with AC800s Aircard, it has worked fine for months but last night we had a power outage and now it will no longer recognise the Aircard. The Aircard has internet and I can connect to it no problem, so that is not the issue. The DC112A however has power and wifi lights showing and ethernet port lights but does not recognise the aircard when plugged in (no internet or battery charge) I have factory reset both devices to no avail... removed all ethernet cables, power cycled several times.

 

I tried pluggin the AC800s via the USB port on the cradle but nothing happened.

 

The DC112A Firmware Version is V1.0.0.32_1.0.60, is this the latest firmware?

I cannot seem to find the latest firmware available on the Netgear download center.

Nor can I update via the genie as it does not recognise I have internet.

 

No idea what else to do other than throw it in the bin at this point.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
