Device Prioritization DC112A

I am using a DC112A US version with an AT&T Unite Explore.  Everything is working very well, but the router software itself seems to be missing some features that I am used to on my WRT1900ACS.

 

I am able to set a specific device (by IP) to highest priority so all traffic is prioritized to that device, not just specific ports.  Is there a way to do this with the DC112A?
