DHCP of the mobile router M1

Hello, Why my SIP phone always receives a SIP registrar and a SIP server : "abcd.net"
by the DHCP of the mobile router M1?
I will not wish to receive these options ...
 Is it possible, please, to disable them by a command or via an advanced Web Based Management?
