Dish M6 Pro MR6400 Dropping Connection and Overheating

I have the Dish M6 Pro MR6400 and it is dropping cellular connection. This appears to coincide with when it starts to overheat. I usually an streaming video from one device over wifi when this occurs. Typically rebooting the device does not resolve the issues and I have to wait at least 15 minutes for the device to cool down. Additionally, the device does not boot properly with the battery removed. I have seen that there was discussion of a new firmware in late February fixing these issues, but when I click on check for firmware update on the device, in the app, or on the web access, it tells me that my firmware is up to date. I am currently running firmware ntgx65_10.04.13.03. Is there a newer version of the firmware than I am currently running, and if so, how do I force my hotspot to download the firmware.
