DNS error when trying to connect Netgear M6 (MR6500) to PS4 or Xbox

I recently received a Netgear M6 mobile router from AT&T but can't get it to connect to the internet with either my PlayStation or Xbox. I can connect all my other devices fine (phones, computers, etc), this is only an issue when I try and connect the gaming consoles.

The error message that I receive on the PlayStation is DNS error NW-31253-4.
