Does anyone have a fuly functional LM1300 using ATT?

I am attempting to find if anyone has a fully functional LM1300 using AT&T.  My LM1300 has never worked correctly.  It does not function as advertised.  It has never successfully switched  between broadband and cellular without crashing.  I have had a case open with support L2 for 6 months.  After a firmware update, they have my LM1300 where it will no longer operate through broadband.
