Does MBR1515A support failover from Ethernet-WiFi-4G-3G

Question

I need an internet connection that will&nbsp;failover, in order of preference, ethernet-&gt;WiFi-&gt;4G-&gt;3G and has an external antenna. This router seems like it will fit the bill, can someone confirm/deny this? The actual celluar signal could be ATT, Verizon or T-Mobile, not locked into anything yet. &nbsp;
