Double Nat on Nighthawk M1 MR1100 need to forward ports for camera

Hello, I am tring to forward ports on a Camera system but am finding two IP addresses and neither one will give me access when I forward the ports, the nighthawk is through ATT and is my only option ...

Where did you get the IP address? 

Is this the first time that you connect the camera to the MR1100? Was this working before to an old router?

Did you set static IP address to the camera?

Thank you for the response,

I am getting the two different IP addresses from 1. going to google and typing in whats my IP  2. logging in to the M1100 going to settings and looking at the network tab IPV4,

 

I have forwared the ports needed to see the cameras but still cain't see them, I am only using the M1100 no other routers are attached and this is a new setup.
