Download stuck at 15% for firmware update on LB1120

I have twice tried to do a SW update and both times the download has got stuck at 15%.

Any recommendations on what to do?

    Hi Beckonsfield,

    Thank you for your post. Does any errors come up? Please take your SIM Card out and make sure that it is inserted perfectly into its slot. Also please try to reset the LB1120 with its reset button located on that back.

    Please let me know if these steps fixed the issue. :]
