I followed that post on January 19, but have had no response. I thought the email may not be current, so I posted on here. The data from model.json I saved is attached
Is there a generic email at Netgear I could send the information to?

Has this been resolved I have the same problem with my Nighthawk M6 in Australia.

Error 1056
This occurred when I removed the data sim which was on a plan with Telstra and swapped it with a prepaid data sim from the same company (Telstra).
Netgear Nighthawk M6 is currently useless to me now and its only 1 year old!

I don't even know who to contact I bought my MR6110 just over a year ago. He's not working no power. It is not the service through telstra cost me almost $500 so what do you do warranty expired?? Throw it away no good they only last a year??
