I live in a remote area with no cable internet so I am using the Nighthawk LAX20 4G LTE WIFI accessing Verizon Wireless for internet. There will only be one computer accessing the router. I have what...

I'd leave them in the default settings. Those tend to be optimal for most configurations and I'd doubt that verizon can provide enough bandwidth to saturate a gigabit connection and need optimizing.
